    Clear Lens 3.5 power

Quality 3.5 readers are hard to find. The lens are very clear and no waves in the vision all the way to the edge. My only issue is with the temples. They are not adjustable and do not grip my head with enough pressure and constantly slip forward. I don't want to try and bend them for fear of breaking them.
    Staff Response:

Hi Dennis, Thank you for your review, and please forgive our delay in follow up, your review did not come to my attention until just this morning. Whether you have completed a return or not, the information will be helpful: This may be the most common complaint we hear, slipping or too long or short a temple length. Fortunately, it is also the easiest to remedy with just a simple adjustment that almost anyone can do themselves and proficiently. Included with every order is an instruction pamphlet on doing just that. It includes easy-to-follow illustrations. We also have a page from our website Knowledge Center that offers the same help and an actual video to follow. If you feel you need additional assistance, we are happy to walk you through the process in real-time. Keep in mind, the biggest concern of folks is breaking their glasses. If you go slowly and repeat easy-to-follow instructions, there is very little chance of damaging your frame. We'll assume all risks. The key is isolating the stress to the curve of the temple area so the hinge is not stressed. The knowledge center page below includes everything you need to know, including an actual video demonstration at the top of the page. The video may load a little slower than the illustrations, so you may need to scroll back up to the top of the page after a few moments: https://www.readingglasses.com/blogs/knowledge-center/adjusting-and-positioning#templeArms https://youtu.be/Vjvc0dmlip0
