    Service + Product 5 Stars

Product is just what I expected and always is. And - how about a company that keeps all your records for 6 years and recommends new strengths? A+ in my book!

Just what I wanted in a frame!

I'm very happy with these glasses; they provide the versatility of reading while not balancing a pair of traditional readers on my nose and I don't have to take them off every time I look up. The look is good as well. The arms are stiff but workable for me.

    Pretty, but not adjustable

Even tho they were more attractive than the glasses I kept, I returned the Serena glasses for two main reasons. First, the nose bridge is fixed and not adjustable. If you have a fairly narrow nose, you're good, and I do -- but still the glasses fell down my nose and the pads are not adjustable, so I couldn't fix that. Second, the arms on the two pairs I tried were quite stiff, and I think they would dig into my head if I wore them for any length of time. Sadly, I returned these good-looking glasses because they weren't the perfect fit for me.

    The only one for me!

This frame does not dwarf my thin face, and the style is classic and versatile. I've found that I can adjust the arms by dipping them in boiling water and gently bending.
