Randolph Engineering has been hand-making eyewear for the US military, NASA, and air forces worldwide since 1972. Hand made in the USA to precise military standards.

The P3 was originally designed for submarine crews. Here, the circular lens offers a cool contemporary look with a nod to the retro. The P3 Cable offers slight variations of the timeless P3 with temples that wrap around the ears for the most secure fit.

Randolph begins the process with the very best materials, including stay-snug screws, unique metal alloys, and a proprietary solder flux that provides unparalleled joint strength. Then fifty different people cut, mold, twist, tumble and finish the frame over a five-week period. It’s a process that takes more than 200 individual steps to complete. That’s what being the best means to Randolph.

    Love 'em

Exactly what I wanted and though I thought at first they were a bit expensive, now that I've been wearing them, they were worth the price. It did take a little getting used to the long wrap around your ears wings, but I found if I gently, but firmly, bent them in the opposite direction of the curve, they loosened up enough to make them comfortable. On the plus side, with such long wrap around wings, they definitely don't slip off when I am active.
