Too frequently I read reviews of very poor customer service and rarely good service. Excellent customer service describes this company and my experience with them! Having a career in health care and trying our best to meet patient's needs at all times was quite a challenge...READINGGLASSES has apparently written the book on customer service. I had issues getting used to readers built into my lenses and READINGGLASSES made all the adjustments necessary with exemplary return/delivery times. I highly recommend them to anyone!!!
