I am a repeat customer who has bought about 15 pairs of glasses from you over the years. About 2 weeks ago, I ordered 2 pairs, both 2.25 full vision frames -- one from Millicent Bryce and one GooGoo eyes. The Bryce pair arrived, but not the second pair. I contacted your Customer Service, a notoriously poor service at most online sites. I was pleasantly surprised by the rapid response & extreme helpfulness of Sharni F., who informed me the GooGoo Eyes color I chose was out of stock; I quickly made the available choice and she proceeded to fill the order. Our back-and-forth included half a dozen Emails. Sharni F. was always helpful, courteous and able to figure out how to FIX MY PREPAID ORDER. I hope you will recognize her good work! She is a KEEPER.
