So I have ordered from Reading Glasses before and all very easy. Great selection and service.
This time I made an error. I bought progressive readers, thinking they'd work. Oh my they did not.
So I reached out to the folks at Reading Glass and asked if they'd swap out my lenses. In the spirit of Christmas, they said YES!
I sent my glasses back, they changed the lenses back and were ever so helpful. I will never ever buy glasses anywhere but here. The staff are almost better than the glasses.
