Not Ray Ban Quality
Not sure why this is a RayBan product because it's flimsy and can't be adjusted like the instructions say. I'm returning it
Staff Response:We are sorry for your disappointment. And agree that this model can be less malleable for individuals who may need to customize the fit. This Ray-Ban model uses a high-tech Nylon material vs. traditional plastic acetate. Interestingly, the biggest compliment we hear about the nylon collection is comfort. Nylon retains its shape better than just about any other material. Nylon allows for a flatter and lighter frame while maintaining a bold silhouette. Of course, no frame fits all, and we appreciate your trying them. Meanwhile, one of our opticians will reach out with a free return label and some recommendations.
