It is not very common that you do business with a company that really impresses you.
I had ordered a pair of no line bifocal glasses and they arrived quickly and well packaged. I wore the glasses for 10 days and just could not get accustomed to the no line bifocals, so I requested a RMA and sent the glasses back with a note in the RMA that I was interested in the same glasses but with the standard bifocals. I never contacted anyone, didn't have to call anyone. I sent my glasses back, received a refund for the difference and received my new glasses a week later.
Awesome customer support, and great shopping experience. I would recommend this site to all that are looking for high quality reading glasses at a reasonable price.
