But yesterday, my experience was especially notable and I think I should say something. I took an old pair of glasses ( I ordered from RG.com years ago) to get new lenses. I think the person helping me was Diana (at least that what it said on the receipt). I planned to drop them off and pick them up a few days later. She said the glasses would be ready in about 30 minutes. Unfortunately I had to get back to work, so she said she would ship them. They arrived in under 24 hours.
To me, that is incredible. Very prompt service, and I really appreciate it. Very friendly as well. Great job!

I am a repeat customer who has bought about 15 pairs of glasses from you over the years. About 2 weeks ago, I ordered 2 pairs, both 2.25 full vision frames -- one from Millicent Bryce and one GooGoo eyes. The Bryce pair arrived, but not the second pair. I contacted your Customer Service, a notoriously poor service at most online sites. I was pleasantly surprised by the rapid response & extreme helpfulness of Sharni F., who informed me the GooGoo Eyes color I chose was out of stock; I quickly made the available choice and she proceeded to fill the order. I had eye surgery and no longer needed glasses for distance but now require readers. I preferred full glasses, clear at the top, so I wouldn't have to keep pulling them off my face. The half glasses drove me crazy and I hated the look, as well. I ordered several pair of full size reading glasses from Amazon and had to return them each time. Even though they were supposed to be progressive they were not. These, from readingglasses.com are perfect. I couldn't be more pleased.

I just purchased my second pair of progressives, and I am beyond satisfied.

They truly are superior to a pair I bought at the optometrist, and cost a *lot* less! I don't need distance, so I love that the top of the lens has zero power. Other on-line progressives have reduced power at the top and simply do not work for me.

Further, after ordering I noticed no movement on shipping. I called Reading Glasses and spoke to Shaunni (sp?), who was enormously kind and helpful. She checked the shipping and called back immediately. (my glasses had already been shipped, but USPS hadn't updated). My glasses were already in transit, and I got them in three days!! To say that Customer Service is good is an understatement! And I can't say enough about Shaunni, who went up and beyond, something that is at best scarce during these times.

I am sooooo pleased with the replacement lens process and getting my glasses fixed. THANKS!!! I have a few different styles, Hugo Boss, and Tod's, being two of many, but the lenses were scratched on each - what to do? Well, ya pack 'em up and send them to the "repairs" people, and they send you a confirmation quote ($29 bucks per pair for new lenses is a great price), and bang, you get your glasses back good as new! I couldn't be happier.

I picked up my first pair in the early 2000's. Absolutely love them. I still have that pair, and 4 others as well.... all strategically placed. A pair in the shop, another in the bedroom, one in the kitchen, and one more in the garage. They are comfy, the optics are very good, and with one pair close to 20 years old, they're pretty tough!
I've lost count on how many people I've directed to this site. I should probably be getting dividends by now... :-)

Love this place, the glasses are often in my reading prescription, so many styles, I am pretty rough on glasses and these are of such good quality, they are very tolerant of my use. I have also had many frames I have had in the past reworked to fit with the reading glasses or turned into sunglasses since I had the laser surgery and now only need readers. I have worn through the years progressive, transition, UV protective, glare protection glasses at $650 plus in price (obviously based on lenses as Varilux progressive, etc.) from optometrist. Following cataract surgery and getting glasses from readingglasses.com - clear uppers with progressive, transition, glare resistant , UV protection, etc. (and with quality Ralph Lauren frames) I paid a whopping $250+. AND that is not the best part - these glasses are better than any I have previously owned AT ANY PRICE. Progressive lenses are not the same from every company and very dependent on the position of the start and end progression. THESE progressives are perfect.
I only right this review to help others searching for glasses to know these are not only at a great price but quality as well.
Customer service has not been needed by me but based on other reviews it is as quality as the glasses they sell.

My husband & I just started using readers and wanted to try the “Clic” style glasses. There are a few different styles and I didn’t care for the first style so, I decided to try another type.
