When you’re shopping for a pair of reading glasses, you take your time to find specs that not only bring small text into focus, but ones that fit into your existing style. In a store, this could mean trying on dozens of pairs of frames until you find the right one, but this isn’t an option when you buy them online. Even if you do try them on, it can take days before you really get a feel for how they fit into your daily life.
When you order from ReadingGlasses.com, we want to make it as simple as possible for you to find a pair of frames you love. This is why we have a hassle-free return policy, offer repairs on select items, and only sell merchandise backed by a 90-day manufacturer’s warranty.
Free Shipping, Easy Returns Without the Hassle
If you don’t love your frames, you can return them for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Shipping is on us for all domestic orders — we will provide you with a pre-paid USPS shipping label to return your purchase. No fine print, and no arguments. Ever. Request a Return Label

A good return policy is one that’s easy to understand, so we kept ours simple: If you’re not happy with the frames you order in the first 30 days, send them back.
That’s it. We stand behind our products, so there’s no fine print, no questions you have to answer correctly to qualify. If you don’t like it, request a return label and then mail it back.
We’ll Pay for Return Shipping
If you live anywhere in the United States, return shipping is absolutely free. We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) so if you decide to return your frames, just box them up, print out and attach the return shipping label, and then drop it in your mailbox or local post office.
We are a fully-authorized reseller for every brand we sell at ReadingGlasses.com. This means that every pair of glasses, or reading accessories we sell is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If your frames suffer any defects within the first 90 days after purchasing them, you can exchange them for a new pair at no cost. Contact Us to learn how to request a warranty exchange.
The warranty covers manufacturers defects. If you damage your frames through an accident, or attempt to get them repaired at an unauthorized location, you could void your warranty. The warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear.
When damage is not covered under our warranty, we’ll do our best to offer affordable repair options. Some of our most requested repairs include:

If you wish to return something purchased more than 30 days ago, or if you have any questions about how our return process works, telephone customer service at (800) 238-0904 (Monday through Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm CST), or email us at email@example.com.
2. Can I return my online order at a Reading Glasses To Go Store?
If you have your original receipt, you can return or exchange your readingglasses.com order at any Reading Glasses To Go retail location within the first 30 days of purchase. If you do not have your original receipt, you’ll need to process your return online, or speak to a customer service representative at (800) 238-0904
3. Can I return/exchange merchandise if I don’t have the original receipt?
To get you return processed as quickly as possible, we strongly encourage you to include the receipt with your merchandise when you return it. If you can’t find your receipt, letting our customer service agents know when you purchased the item will help them locate your order faster. As long as we can find your order, we’ll be able to process your return.
4. I lost your receipt, can you send me a new one?
When you place an order, we email you a copy of your receipt for your personal records. If you cannot locate this email, contact customer service and we’ll track down your purchase order and forward it to you.
5. Can I make an exchange online?
Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges online. Please contact customer service to learn about your options. If you live near a Reading Glasses to Go Retail location and have your receipt, you can exchange your order in the store.
6. How long will it take me to receive my exchange?
If you exchange your glasses at one of our retail locations, but they do not have your replacement in stock, they’ll order it and have it shipped directly to you. On average, it takes between 5-7 business days to receive your exchange by mail.
7. Can I order a replacement before returning my original product?
Of course! If you’re used to having your reading glasses handy, the last thing you want to do is go without them while you wait on your replacements. You’ll get charged for the new pair of reading glasses. When you receive them, just return your old pair using the free shipping label and when we receive your original pair, we’ll credit the cost back to your account.
8. Can you repair my glasses?
We’re able to repair or recondition most of our products. If you purchased something from us in need of repair, contact our customer service department at (800) 238-0904 to learn what options you have available to you.
9. Can I order replacement parts?
We’re proud to offer replacement parts for many of the products we sell. Please call (800) 238-0904 or email us for our selection of replacement parts.
10. Can I install prescription lenses in my reading glass frames?
Our designer and premium label frames are often the same as what you’d find in a high-end eye care store, and are capable of accepting prescription lenses. If you’re interested in this, let our customer service agents know and they’ll ship the frame and lens plans to your eye doctor. If you want, we can install the prescription lenses for you. Just scan a copy of your prescription and we’ll provide you with a competitive quote.

Unfortunately, our value-priced or budget frames typically do not meet the requirements that most prescription lenses need. If you’re unsure if your frames allow Rx lenses, email customer service and we’ll be happy to get you the information you need.
11. Do you accept donations of old reading glasses?
Thank you for thinking of caring for those less fortunate. We’re proud to work with the Lions Club to get gently-used reading glasses to the people who need them most. Lions Club Eyeglass Recycling Centers are located all around the country, and you can find the drop off nearest to you by checking out their site.
If you wish, you can also mail your gently-used frames to us and we’ll be happy to donate them to the Lions Club on your behalf. Our address for donations is:
