All of our products are covered for manufacturing defects for one full year from the date of purchase.
Damage resulting from accidents, unauthorized repairs or normal wear is excluded from our warranty. When damage is not covered under our warranty, ReadingGlasses.com will do our best to offer affordable repair options.

Can I make an exchange online?
Sorry, we are not able to process exchanges online. Please refer to your packing slip for information on returns and exchanges, or contact us for further assistance.
Can I order a new item now and return the original item later?
Yes. Reorder online at ReadingGlasses.com. We will ship and charge your replacement. As soon as your return is received your account will be promptly credited.
How long will it take to receive my exchange?
In most cases you'll receive your exchange in 5 to 7 days.
Can I return or exchange merchandise at Reading Glasses To Go store?
Yes, absolutely! But, you must present your receipt from your web purchase. If your receipt from your web purchase is missing, we will be happy to process your return through our customer service department at our corporate address noted above.
