Excellent readers and everyday wear. After correcting my nearsightedness have had no luck finding glasses that I could wear all day. All glasses on the market had some kind of magnification at the top of the lenses that made them unsuitable for all day use. These fit immediately out of the box.
This is my second pair. My prescription didn't change, My first pair was ruined when They got stepped on. The glasses are a good value.
The glasses are just as advertised. Good quality for the price. Clear lenses with the proper magnification.
I have worn glasses all my life but now can see distance well since cataract surgery. However, I hate putting on and taking off readers . These are perfect for those like me who aren't opposed to glasses most of the time.
As usual, the service is outstanding, delivery is quick, and the prices are great! And the quality is top notch! I will be using this his company forever! No need to shop anywhere else!!!
I've been using these glasses now for a couple of weeks and now they spend more time put away than actually being used. I have found the fit to be not quite right and I'm sure it's because they are made to fit the majority of people. I find the earpieces to be much too long for me and they keep sliding down my nose becoming useless. I also find myself having to tip my head to the ceiling to read my computer screen when I'm working. It becomes so uncomfortable I have resorted to regular reading glasses for all my computer work rather than fighting with these progressive lenses. This is the second pair of these progressive lenses I've bought to try out and both pairs are now stored safe and sound in a desk drawer...a complete waste of my money. I have tried wearing them all day and have lasted more than a couple of hours before having to take them off. Maybe it's just me but right now I'll stick to the frustration of taking reading glasses on and off rather than walk around feeling drunk looking through these lenses all day.
Thanks for your review. The good news is both problems are an easy fix. Please read and follow the links below, which cover both subjects with diagrams and video, and I promise you can quickly and safely eliminate both issues. This knowledge will help not only with this pair but all future pairs. Slipping Issue: This may be the most common complaint we hear, slipping or too long a temple length. Included with every order is an easy-to-follow instruction pamphlet on adjusting them. If you no longer have it, we have a link below to our website Knowledge Center that offers the same help and an actual video to follow. We will walk you through the process in real-time if you need additional assistance. Let me know if you would like a return call. Keep in mind the biggest concern of folks is breaking their glasses. If you go slowly and repeat easy-to-follow instructions, there is very little chance of damaging your frame. We'll assume all risks. The key is isolating the stress to the curve of the temple area so the hinge is not stressed. The knowledge center page below includes everything you need to know, including an actual video demonstration at the top. The video may load a little slower than the illustrations, so you may need to scroll back up to the top of the page after a few moments: https://www.readingglasses.com/blogs/knowledge-center/adjusting-and-positioning#templeArms https://youtu.be/Vjvc0dmlip0. Tipping your head back issue Narrow the spread of the nose-pads, which will raise the lower reading zone to reduce how far back you need to adjust your head to sharpen focus on the computer. Instructions for this are located on the same knowledge center page as above. Narrow them a little until you find just the correct placement for you. Too much and the intermediate reading zone will interfere with distance. Good luck, and let me know how you do.
these glasses work
I see a curvature when reading,or on the computer.
Most likely too strong. We'll reach out privately to offer return or exchange.
This was my first time to buy glasses online and it was a great success. The glasses look great, fit great, and the correction was perfect.
These are nice glasses at a reasonable price. The only complaint I would have is that the reading section is narrower than I am use to and took a little getting used to. Overall, excellent glasses.
