Designer Collection by
Inspired by the elusive Hawaiian stingrays, these bifocal sun readers have a sleek, swoop-back design that helps protect your eyes from the harsh sunlight, even out on the open sea. The saltwater-safe materials mean these glasses are ready for the sun, the surf, and every journey in between.
The bifocal lenses give you the extra reading strength when you need it, but stay out of the way when you just want to enjoy the sun. Enjoy all day comfort thanks to a lightweight, flexible frame that keeps them securely on your face without constantly reminding you that they’re there.
• Lightweight: Maui Jim is inspired by the Hawaiian island lifestyle, so they design their frames using the lightest materials, giving you durable protection without the extra weight
• Spring Hinges: Corrosion-resistant nickel/silver hinges mean you won’t have to worry about these specs slipping off your face during your pick-up game of beach volleyball
• Perfect for Travel: Keep your glasses safe with a complementary case and premium microfiber cleaning cloth
One reason Maui Jim’s are the sunglasses of choice by outdoor enthusiasts is their patented PolarizedPlus2® treatment that they apply to every pair of lenses they sell. Where most polarized sunglasses protect your eyesight by dimming the world around you, Maui Jim’s actually boost color.
After filtering out harmful UV-rays, the special treating takes the harsh edge off of blue light and boosts other colors to create a view that’s bright, brilliant, and beautiful. These premium lenses come in several distinct tints:
• Maui HT™: This green-tinted treatment helps you see farther than ever before by helping to eliminate glare and bring even distant objects into sharp focus
• Neutral Grey: The most popular lens. Unlike most grey sunglasses, Maui Jim’s exclusive treatment doesn’t dull colors, even on the brightest days
• HCL® Bronze: Bring the colors around you to life with a warming bronze tint that makes the island’s sea as brilliant as emerald
- *Companion case included with each frame.
- *Micro-fiber cleaning cloth included with each order.
- *Note: Not available for sale outside USA.

Love them with regrets
They are fantastic glasses. Make me look good when on me. My trouble is that I should have gone with the 1.5 v 2.5. I did not know the ramifications. These are high quality - so they r expensive. Before purchasing don't assume that the bigger the optic # the better for anyone's eyesight.

Best Full sun reader
Living in Hawaii the sun is intense and there is plenty of beach, surf and fun times. These readers with the Stingray frame are hands down the most clear, comfortable and best sunglasses for the money. I am ordering a second pair just in case as I wear these daily. The lenses are clear and crisp vision which makes Maui Jim's regular or readers the sun glasses of choice.

I've purchased from Readingglasses.com several times and have always been very satisfied. Maui Jim is one of the few good companies that make high quality sunglasses with readers! Excellent glasses!

Like the glasses, love ReadingGlasses more!
I purchased the Maui Jim Stingray sun readers because I love Maui Jim products. However, what I am most impressed with is the service I received from Readingglasses.com! I needed these glasses sent overnight because I was flying out on a week long trip, and customer service bent over backwards to make sure I got my product on time. I highly recommend these glasses as they are great; but I definitely recommend purchasing them from ReadingGlasses.com because they are the best!

review of sunglasses
Would of been better if they had the glass lenses . I know sooner or later the plastic lenses will scratch. I had glass lenses in my last pair of maui jim and loved them.

Clarity at its best
Maui Jims have the best clarity of any sunglasses out there. This is my 3rd pair and I just love them.

Awesome sun readers. They are polarized. I was an avid Revo user but they don't make readers so I switched and I'm glad I did. I love these glasses.

When polorized lenses are a must...
Bought these last Spring in anticipation of a fly fishing trip to Belize. Because fishing the flats is ALL sight fishing, polorized lenses are a must, and these are phenomenal!! And because I'm almost 60, I need a little help when it comes to tying knots. The bifocals are remakably helpful. My two previous Maui Jim's (Makaha's) had become unfortunately stretched to the point of falling off my head when I leaned over. I have not had that problem with the Sting Rays. You're gonna love 'em!
